Where are you located?
- We are located on the Mississippi and Alabama Gulf Coast
Do you travel?
- Yes, we travel. Travel fees are based on the location
Are deposits refundable?
- Deposits are Non-refundable. They can be transferred ONCE if you notify K&S Productions within 72 hours of your appointment that you need to reschedule
Do you do weddings?
- Not at this time. Once we start, it will be reflected on the site
Do you do product and/or commercial photography?

Do you do event photography?
- Yes. Please email us to to discuss details at: kenandsylproductions@gmail.com
Do you do family portraits?
- Yes, we do family portraits but at the moment we can only do them outdoors. Please email us to discuss at kenandsylproductions@gmail.com
Do you do engagement/couple photoshoots?
- Yes, we do. When you book a package add additional person to your shoot
What is the turnaround time for images?
- 15 business days after your photoshoot.
Do I receive all the pictures that are taken and the raw files?
-No, you will only receive the edited images selected by you and/or the photographer
What is your cancellation policy?
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, you will need to notify K&S Productions via email within 72 hours of your appointment. Deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred once if we are notified with in 72 hours. If you chose to cancel your appointment or if you do not give 72 hours notice of reschedule, you will lose your deposit
